高貴的休閒——高雅的外表也擁有舒服的元素


服裝發展到今天，早已不是單純的掩體禦寒的工具。上至頂級服裝設計師，下至大字不識畢生未翻閲過時尚雜誌的大媽，在追求美麗的同時，都越來越注重服裝的穿著舒適度。於是，廣義下的休閒裝孕育而生，介於症狀與便裝之間。舒適但不乏高貴的造型配以質地輕盈的材料，例如絲綢和亞麻，便是今季大熱。





海的本質——海風肉與靈的海灘風格

這一季有許多風格迥異的水上運動和海灘度假服，設計靈感皆源自于其息息相關的大海。以經典的白色作爲主色調，搭配深色調的黑或者海軍藍，當然還包括彩色蠟筆系列，鮮明的對比度容易使人看起來更有生氣。




色調重點——鮮明的色彩喚起夏天的心情


這一季的色調混合了明黃，大紅，橙色，孔雀藍和其他鮮亮的顔色。這些顔色將許多夏裝點綴得更加生動活潑，而熒光的橘黃和草綠更是將其推上高峰。


夏季質地——涼快織物帶來熱情外表

無拘無束的心情主宰了這一季，質地輕盈的材料例如絲綢被廣泛應用于各式各樣的風格。特殊的光澤配以水洗效果營造出漂亮的褶皺效果是本季重點。詮釋流行的元素還有利用同種材料的曡層以及透視的應用。


襯衣夾克——你不能不擁有

休閒但是優雅，混合了襯衣和夾克的風格正在被一點一點證實成爲本季熱點。這些襯衣夾克採用各種不同質地的材料，例如那些通常被用於襯衣的絲綢和純棉。而對於那些皮革質地的，表現個性的辦法是把下擺藏到褲子裏。


短褲——時尚的年輕

短褲作爲一位善於打扮自己的男人的衣櫃必備之物，它們在很大程度上詮釋了這一季的潮流。褲型要麽緊身要麽寬鬆：前一種風格喚起一種高貴的形象使得許多設計師相信配以剪裁講究的風格是無可非議的，通常是作爲套裝的一部分；而更顯年輕的寬鬆樣式營造出別致跳躍的度假風格。


格子——美式方格成爲主流

通常用於純棉，並大多以灰色的格子來喚起夏日平和的氣息。這一季的熱點是馬德拉斯薄棉布，它是標準的美國男人衣著的特寫。格子搭配格子也是非常時髦的，但最好是同樣的圖案。


褲形——馬褲和掉襠褲


儅緊身縮腿褲成爲主流，越來越多的設計師在尋求一種臀部寬鬆而腳踝處緊緻的風格。當然，他們不單單是在臀部或者胯下做文章。


附件——帶來完美夏天

夏季裝扮帶給人的快樂之一是通過配飾表達一種潛在的自我。巴拿馬帽子和常春藤編制的草帽，以及琳琅滿目的太陽眼鏡之間爭奇鬥妍，但別忘了細小的絲巾。而適合不同場合的不同大小的袋子孕育而出，涼鞋也是夏季的上乘之選。

2008 Men’s Trend Fashion Keyword

Relaxed Elegance—elegant looks get afeel-good factor
Relaxed yet elegant looks with loosesilhouettes rendered in light fabrics like silk and linen were this season’stop trend. Even ensembles based around tailored styles were loosened up bybeing styled with soft nylon coats or sandals.

Marine Essence—beach style for bodyand soul
There was a wide variety of styles inspiredby the sea this season, including surfing and water sports looks and luxurious beachresort outfits. Several key designers also used wet-suit materials in theircollections. With white as the central color, black and navy, as well as arange of pastel colors, were among the ways this season’s crucial fresh vibewas worked into this trend.

Color Accent—vivid shades evokesummery mood
This season’s many pastel palettes camestyled with searing yellows, reds, oranges, and blues and other bright colors. Thesevivacious hues gave many looks an active summery feel, with fluorescent orangeand green particularly popular for the purpose.

Summery Fabrication—cool materialsfor hot looks
With the season dominated by a relaxedmood, lightweight fabrics like silk and linen were used for a wide range ofstyles. A peculiar luster and items given wash treatments to create a classywrinkled effect were key elements here. Playing with layers of items in thesame material and experimenting with transparency were both popular ways ofinterpreting this trend.

Shirt Jacket—shirt jackets emerge asmust-have item
Casual yet classy, styles that were ahybrid of shirt and jacket proved exceedingly popular this season. They come ina wide variety of fabrics, from the kind of silk or cotton that would usuallybe used for a shirt. To leather versions, wearing these numbers tucked intopants was a popular way of styling them.

Short pants—shorts appear young but elegant
Short pants are a standard feature of thewell dressed man’s summer wardrobe, and they were seen in a wide variety ofinterpretations this season. In items of silhouette they were either slim orflared: the former type evoking an elegant look that many designers deemedappropriate to combine with tailored styles, often as part of a suit, while themore youthful baggy versions were used to create a dashing resort chic.

Check—American checks in trend
Used mostly on cotton fabrics and mostoften in shades of grey checks tended to evoke an aura of calm this season. Thisseason’s most popular version was the Madrascheck, which is a standard feature of classic American men’s wear looks.Check-on-check ensembles were very much in vogue, while fresh takes on ginghamwere also very popular.

Pants Silhouette—Jodhpurs andSarrouel Pants
While slim tapered designs were the mostoften seen pants silhouette, many houses sought to include at least one take onJodhpurs that were baggy around the hip but tight below the knee. There weremore than a few dropped crotch Sarrouel pants styles on show, too.

Accessory—accessories bring out bestof summer
One of the great pleasures of summerdressing is the potential for self expression through accessories. Panama hats andivy caps, and a huge range of differently colored sunglasses were the maincontenders here, but subtle scarves were also popular. Bags came in a range ofsizes appropriate for various situations, while sandals were the footwearoption favored by most.
